Five Reasons Why You Think You May Want to Be A Blogger

This is a good question that is widely posed across the blogosphere. Why do you blog? I was tagged for a meme last week by Mark of MeandMyDrum as to why people blog. I have to admit that it has taken me some time to come up with five viable reasons.

Originally, the idea of making money for blogging was certainly desirable, so that would be on my list. I also like the idea of socializing and meeting new people that have similar interests and ideas. I know that blogging allows me to express myself by forcing me to write down thoughts about how I presently view certain issues. Another purpose was to use a blogging platform to learn about online marketing, and then pass some of what I learn along to other people.

So, to recap, my five reasons are: 1. Interact with like minded people. 2. Hone my thoughts through writing. 3. Use blogging as a way to learn some new skills. 4. Pass some of what I learn along to others 5. And, back to the original idea, determine if blogging is a way to create some online business opportunities.
